Main important parts - MAN industrial Diesel generator
(1) Airframe
The overall rigid design concept, the main bearing bolts run through the whole body, and the unique main bearing tie bolts, so that the entire body can withstand higher compressive stress, increase the overall safety factor, the entire body inside the waterless cavity, anti-corrosion, Prevents the lubricant from mixing with the cooling medium and is easy to maintain.
(2) Cylinder liner
It consists of three parts: cooling water jacket, fire shore ring and cylinderliner, which can effectively prevent deformation, reduce the heat load of
related parts, have high cooling efficiency, ensure uniform temperature of components and prolong its service life. A separate cylinder lubrication mechanism reduces oil consumption.
(3) Piston
The unique stepped piston cooperates with the fire shore ring to keep the carbon deposit on the top of the piston away from the running face of the cylinder liner, thus avoiding the reduction of the oil film adhesion of the cylinder liner and the deterioration of the oil. The shape of the combustion chamber is optimized to make the fuel atomization effect better, the oil and gas can be fully mixed, and the combustion is sufficient, thereby reducing the fuel consumption rate and the smoke.

The connecting rod is composed of a rod body, a connecting rod big head upper cover and a connecting rod big head lower cover, which reduces the lifting height, facilitates increasing the connecting rod shaft diameter and increasing the crankshaft strength.
(5) Cylinder head
The reasonable structure can withstand higher burst pressure, and the efficient and smooth intake and exhaust channels can optimize the
intake and exhaust effects, make combustion more complete, and reduce fuel consumption and smoke.
The water is used to cool theexhaust valve seat to reduce the heat load of the valve seat and prolong
the working life. In addition, the intake and exhaust valves use a unique rotating device to reduce the carbon deposits in the intake and exhaust valves and the seat, thus ensuring a good seal and a long working life.
(6) Advanced turbocharged intercooling system
Using MANs advanced turbocharger, it provides an efficient boost matching solution. The pressurized fresh air is cooled into the
combustion chamber through two stages of intercooling. The larger capacity intercooler reduces the intake air temperature and combustion temperature. Greatly reduced NOx emissions.
