Product Description
Cooking oil extractor mainly includes rotocel extractor, loop type extractor and towline extractor. According to different raw material , we adopt different type extractor. Rotocel extractor is the most widely used cooking oil extractor at home and abroad, it is the key equipment for oil production by extraction. Rotocel extractor is the extractor with a cylindrical shell, a rotor and a drive device inside, with simple structure, advanced technology, high safety, automatic control, smooth operation, less failure, low power consumption. It combines spraying and soaking with good leaching effect, less residual oil, the mixed oil processed through internal filter has less powder and high concentration.It is suitable for pre-pressing of various oil or disposable extraction of soybean and rice bran.
The leaching process of rotocel extractor:
Rotocel extractor leaching process is a high material layer counter current leaching. The transmission to drive the rotor and the rotor material within the rotation by a fixed sprinkler system mixed oil spray, soak, drain, rinse with fresh solvent in order to achieve the extraction of material oil, then taking the oil feed meal after a feeding device unloaded out.

1. It has the features of simple structure, smooth operation, low power consumption, low failure rate, high extraction efficiency, easy maintenance and suitable for a variety of oil.
2. The leaching device is driven by the whole casting gear rack and special rotor balance design, with stable operation, low rotating speed, no noise, low power consumption and long service life.
3. The fixed grid plate of rotocel extractor is made of stainless steel and the crosswised grid plates are added, so that the strong miscella oil is prevented from flowing back to the blanking case, thereby ensuring the oil leaching effect.
4. Using γ ray material level to control the feeding, which fully guarantees the feeding uniformity and stability, so that the material level of the storage tank is maintained at a certain height, which plays the role of material sealing to avoid running of the solvent, also greatly improves the leaching effect.
5. The feeding device adopts the material stirring pot with two stirring wings, so that the materials falling instantly can be continuously and uniformly unloaded into the wet meal scraper, which not only absorbs the impact on wet meal scraper, but also realizes uniform scraping of the wet meal scraper, thus completely solves the instability of the hopper and wet meal system and prolongs the service life of the scraper as well.
6. The feeding system can adjust the rotating speed of airlock and main engine according to the feeding quantity and maintain a certain material level, which is beneficial to the micro negative pressure inside the extractor and reduce the solvent leakage.
7. The advanced miscella circulation process is designed to reduce the fresh solvent input, reduce the residual oil in meal, improve the miscella concentration and save energy by reducing the evaporation capacity;
8. The multilayer of material, high concentration of mixed oil, less meal contained in mixed oil. The high material layer of the extractor contribute to form immersion extraction and reduce the content of meal foam in miscella. It is effective improve the quality of crude oil and reduce the scaling of evaporation system.
9. Different spray process and height of material layer are used for the treatment of different materials.
